Project Coordinator for Utah and Idaho

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our project management team in planning, executing, and closing projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure schedules are maintained Communicate with project managers, field crews, vendors, and clients to keep projects on track Track project progress and provide regular updates on milestones and deliverables Assist with scheduling labor, materials, and equipment Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices Monitor project costs and support budget tracking Identify potential delays or issues and help implement solutions Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and client expectations Assist with project closeout, including final reports and documentation Qualifications Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role (construction or telecom experience preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management software is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Additional Information Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment Health insurance available Company-paid dental and vision insurance 401(k) plan #J-18808-Ljbffr B.
