Minimum Requirements

Active Florida Real Estate License (Required)
Previous Vacation Ownership In-House Sales Experience (Required)
Strong closing skills and a proven track record of success

Position Overview

As an In-House Sales Representative , you'll work directly with existing owners to maximize the value of their ownership while helping them enhance their vacation ownership experience through personalized vacation solutions.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required

Preferred start date is August 3, 2026 , though an earlier start may be considered for the right candidate.
