Technical Support Representative

Tier 3 Tech Support

Role: Tier 3 Tech Support

Duration: 3 month contract to hire

Location: onsite in Thomasville, NC

Rate: 25-30hr (max rate is not guaranteed as it is based off experience)

Details:


• Maintain system images using currently available imaging tools/techniques

• Build/prepare new system images for new hardware rollouts

• Reimage system with hardware failures

• Provide 3rd level technical support

• Diagnose and repair Windows Desktop software

• Install software as required

• Scan for and remediate security vulnerabilities

• Recommend proven vulnerability remediations for application to broader audience

• Maintain asset list of retired/recycled inventory

• Provide updates to leadership on treads and/or recurring issues with hardware and software Address and respond to customer inquiries on technical products and services including

installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance


MUST HAVES:

1. 3+ years strong troubleshooting with hardware and software

2. scripting experience (Powershell preferred, but open)

3. experience in large environment

4. Onsite Mon-Fri

5. Windows
