Full-Time School Physical Therapist (PT) – Chicago Heights, IL | 2026–2027 School Year
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time school-based position in Chicago Heights, Illinois for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to support students in achieving greater mobility, independence, and participation within the school environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Support students with mobility, motor development, and functional independence
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
