Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse provides urgent and critical care to patients in a high-paced environment. They assess, plan, and implement patient care, ensuring safety and compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions quickly and accurately upon arrival.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions per physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care based on response.
• Document clinical information thoroughly and maintain accurate records.
• Respond efficiently to trauma and emergency situations, ensuring high standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with active or pending state licensure.
• Minimum of one year of emergency room nursing experience, Level 1 or 2 trauma preferred.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure in fast-paced scenarios.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
