To learn more about Trulieve and our mission, please visit Requisition ID: 20774 Remote Work Available: No Job Title: Associate Inventory Manager Department: Retail Reports To: General Manager FLSA Status: Regular-Non Exempt ROLESUMMARY The Associate Inventory Manageris responsible forassistingthe GeneralManager/Assistant General Managerinleadership and supervision of store personnel, inventorytracking and management, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuringtheefficientdailyoperation of the store.This roleis responsible forensuringregulatory compliancewhile deliveringexceptionalcustomer experience. KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES Monitorandmaintainstoreinventoryand ensure accuracy of inventory reporting Ensure consistentregulatory compliancewith all state specificregulations Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees Conduct inventory audits and any cycle countsrequiredin partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager Perform system adjustments asrequiredand conduct and/orparticipatein analysis of root cause for any adjustments. Help determine,initiate, and executesubsequentcorrective actions Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations Maintain professional working relationships with business partners Maintainstrictconfidentialityandcompliance Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS High School Diplomarequired Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilityto upholda strictlevelof confidentialityand discretion Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members,operateelectronicequipment(computer, scanner, printer, etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilizetelecommunicationdevices Abilitytointeract with customers and team members respectfully and politely ADDITIONALMINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS Mustpossessavaliddriver’slicenseand passaMVRbackground check (delivery locations only) Mustbeabletopassalevel1andlevel2backgroundcheck Mustbeatleast21yearsof age Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies Must be able to relate to and work withpatrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is: Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public;observe/inspect details at varying ranges;operatecomputing devices Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; positionself and/orobjects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl) Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids to perform all functions of the position Occasionally required to remain in a seated position WORKSCHEDULE Up to40hoursweeklywithflexiblehoursdependingonstoreneeds.Mustbeavailabletoworkevenings,weekends,andholidays.
