We’re looking for a Title Abstractor/Researcher to join our team! This is a full-time hybrid role preferably based in Southern Georgia or Northern Florida, with travel required to counties throughout Georgia. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy research, and like the idea of digging into property histories to solve the puzzle of real estate ownership, this could be the perfect fit. What You’ll Do: Search county records and online databases for deeds, liens, easements, and more Build accurate chains of title and identify potential issues Communicate findings clearly with our team and clients Stay organized and manage multiple projects and deadlines Travel to Southern Georgia counties as needed for on-site research What We’re Looking For: Experience in title abstracting/research (preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfort working with public records and online systems Solid communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Time management and ability to adhere to deadlines Details: Hybrid role (based in Southern GA or Northern FL) Travel required to Georgia counties If you’re interested in joining a supportive team and growing your career in the title industry, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
