Position Clinical Nutrition Manager ***5K SIGN-ON BONUS*** Location St. Mary's & D'Youville Pavilion | Lewiston, Maine (Full‑Time) Overview St. Mary's & D'Youville Pavilion is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nutrition Manager (CNM) to lead nutrition care services across our acute care, long‑term care, and outpatient settings. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of clinical dietitians and nutrition staff, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based medical nutrition therapy to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities Oversee clinical operations, staff supervision and development, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Lead a team of Registered Dietitians and ensure the delivery of evidence‑based medical nutrition therapy. Maintain patient education programs and promote best practices. Use EMR systems for nutrition assessment, planning, and documentation. Qualifications BS Degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics. Registered Dietitian license. Minimum 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in a contract dining facility or hospital setting. Proficiency with electronic medical records and nutrition education.
