Summary: The Production Associate position is an entry‑level position to learn the processes of manufacturing and the different machines used in the process. How you will impact Smurfit Westrock: Pushing Stock Stacking off from the machines. Off load corrugated from the machines Assist operators and apprentices as needed Responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area. Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures. What you need to succeed: Must be able to work all three shifts Perform other duties as assigned Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Overtime and Saturday work may be required You must have a good job history and attendance record. Powered Industrial Truck experience is a plus, but not essential. High school Diploma or GED required. Industrial / manufacturing experience requested Maintain housekeeping excellence – maintain a clean and organized workspace Must be able to lift, push, walk, stand, and bend throughout a shift Corrugated box manufacturing experience a plus, printing experience very helpful Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Smurfit Westrock plc
