CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Machine Operator to join our team in North Canton Ohio. This role involves setting up and operating both CNC Mill and Lathe. May also include manual mill and lathe machines, with a focus on machining unique parts from Copper, Brass, Stainless or Mild Steel. You will work independently, handling setting up the machines and producing finished parts. Job Duties: Set up and operate CNC and manual machines with minimal supervision. Position and set up workpieces using cranes or manual methods to hold tolerances as close as.001". Apply appropriate speeds, feeds, and machining methods for different materials. Write and edit CNC programs as needed. Use precision measuring devices to ensure parts meet specifications. Perform blocking and aligning of irregular-shaped parts.
