Emergency Substance Abuse Counselor
County of Los Angeles
The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health seeks qualified Emergency Substance Abuse Counselors to help address homelessness by providing screening, assessment, counseling, case management and recovery services. Under an emergency order, initial appointments may be up to 90 days with potential for permanent County employment, with evaluations based on performance.
