We emphasize continued education and professional growth in our nurturing environment.Work EnvironmentAs a member of our team, you will work onsite in an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation facility, where the atmosphere is both supportive and challenging. Operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our clinic maintains a steady flow of patients, allowing for practical and diverse experiences in treating varying conditions. You will work in a team-oriented environment, leveraging advanced treatment techniques and maintaining thorough communication with colleagues to support patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver one-on-one, individualized patient care, typically managing 1 to 2 patients per hour.Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans effectively.Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring that your approach maximizes patient recovery and rehabilitation.Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems for comprehensive documentation, ensuring all patient interactions and treatment plans are recorded accurately.Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and treatment strategies.Educate patients and their caregivers about therapeutic exercises and home care routines, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.Patient Population / Client FocusOur client population includes a diverse array of individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist at our Millbrae facility, you will focus on working with patients across different age groups and backgrounds, all seeking to regain mobility, strength, and functional independence following their injuries or surgeries.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent program with eligibility to earn a California PT license.At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with an orthopedic focus preferred.Exemplary problem-solving abilities to adapt treatments based on patient needs and progress.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships and engagement with patients.Preferred ExperiencePreference will be given to candidates with a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.Prior experience in outpatient settings, specifically focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation, is highly desired.Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation equipment.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
