Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and document patient improvements, treatment responses, and changes, using our electronic health record system to ensure seamless care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.

Compensation and Benefits
