Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, identifying their specific needs and determining the most appropriate course of treatment.
• Design personalized therapy plans that integrate short-term and long-term rehabilitation goals, adapting these plans based on ongoing assessments of progress.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, while incorporating modalities including heat, cold, and ultrasound therapy as appropriate.
• Maintain regular communication with patients, providing education on their conditions and teaching them home exercise programs to promote self-management.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in accordance with clinic protocol.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Foster strong, trust-based relationships with patients by offering support, motivation, and encouragement throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical interventions, and those dealing with chronic pain issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices.
• Proficiency in developing individualized care plans and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, their families, and fellow healthcare team members.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a robust benefits package that includes:
