HR Generalist / Recruiter

Location: Arcadia, WI (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $32–$35 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours

Work Environment: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) | Manufacturing Environment

Overview

We are seeking an HR Generalist / Recruiter to support a large-scale hiring initiative within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus heavily on recruiting skilled trades talent while also assisting with onboarding, orientation, and day-to-day HR support during a period of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit skilled trades and manufacturing candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with offer creation, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities.
• Maintain candidate records and activity within the ATS.
• Support HR administration and employee-related processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades positions, including welders, machinists, maintenance technicians, or operators.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring projects.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while balancing recruiting and HR responsibilities.
