I’ve been a State Farm agent since 2020 and bring over 25 years of industry experience to my agency. We take great pride in being actively involved with the community and the local Chamber of Commerce. Supporting local events and connecting with new members of the community is something my team and I find truly rewarding.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Natalie Burkhaulter - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
