Wire Harness AssemblerLocation: Centennial, COSchedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMPay: $24.00 - $34.00/hr Depending on ExperienceWe are seeking a Wire Harness Assembler to support the production of wire and cable assemblies used in aerospace and defense applications. This role involves assembling, crimping, soldering, inspecting, and routing wire harnesses while following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.Responsibilities:Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electromechanical products according to specificationsPerform soldering, crimping, wire termination, connector installation, heat shrink application, and labelingRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and production documentationCut, strip, route, and prepare cables for assemblyUtilize hand tools, measuring tools, and production equipmentInspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are metComplete production paperwork and maintain accurate documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport team production goals while maintaining high quality standardsQualifications:Previous experience with wire harness assembly, cable assembly, electronics assembly, or electromechanical assemblyExperience with soldering and crimpingAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructionsFamiliarity with hand tools and manufacturing environmentsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Experience:IPC-620, IPC-610, or J-STD certificationsAerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing experienceExperience building wire harnesses on assembly boardsElectronic troubleshooting or cable assembly experienceWhat We Offer:Long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturing teamClean, modern production environmentConsistent first-shift scheduleOpportunities for advancement and skill developmentStable workload and strong team cultureThis is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly, soldering, wiring, cable assembly, or electronics manufacturing experience who are looking to grow their career in a high-quality production environment.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
