Registered Nurse - Progressive Care/Stepdown

Responsibilities Provides direct nursing care in a medical-surgical setting, following established policies, procedures, and protocols. Utilizes the nursing process to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, assessing physical, cultural, social, and emotional factors impacting patient health. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care. Educates patients and families on health maintenance and recovery. Demonstrates leadership by coordinating care and serving as a role model for colleagues and students. Qualifications Requires a nursing degree from an accredited program, valid RN license, and BLS certification.
