Urgent Care Physician Assistant (PA) Villa Rica, GA Sign‑On Bonus – Up to $10,000.00 We are seeking a compassionate and efficient physician assistant to work in a fast‑paced clinical environment. The PA will evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries, manage episodic and chronic conditions, perform minor office procedures, and conduct physicals and workers’ compensation assessments. PA Benefits Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.00 15 shifts per month Top hourly rates Performance‑based increases Annual production incentive program Flexible work schedules set three months in advance, no on‑call, limited weekends; clinics closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter, with early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July Medical, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k) match up to 4% Flat‑rate fee for clinic visits and services for employees and direct family members Employee referral bonus program AI transcription for charting Primary Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up Perform minor office procedures such as laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting, and related treatments Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Physician Assistant Master’s degree (Physician Assistant) and appropriate state license Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood‑borne pathogens, and related compliance standards Detail‑oriented and confident in medical best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Competent with common PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR applications Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals Respect and autonomy in decision‑making Team‑based approach to patient care ACLS/BLS certifications (provided if needed) CRH Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer.
