Job Description

Submittal Instructions
Please submit with Qualivis Submission Form with rate, shift and RTO indicated accurately on the form.
Include a list of interview times for candidates when submitting.
Nursys or other license verification must be included.
Orientation every 2 weeks. Upcoming dates 10/21, 11/4, 11/18, 12/2. Hard acceptance deadline is the Wednesday 2 weeks prior to anticipated start and compliance hard doc due date is Wednesday prior to start. If not compliant it will be a 2 week push.
For UVA: 2-step PPD required. 1st within 1 year of start, 2nd within 90 days of start. Blood testing (Qgold/Tspot) is not acceptable.
There is a parking cost of Parking cost is $5.25 a week. Parking can be far away, and take a shuttle so get there early.
If once former staff, traveler must be gone for a minimum of 3 years before seeking a travel contract.
