HVAC Service TechnicianPay: $25 - $45Location: Exton, PAHorn Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Technician in Exton, PA. Horn partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.What can we offer you?Weekly pay with direct deposit availableEmployee incentive programPaid Time Off and HolidaysHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401k Retirement PlanOn-the-job training & career growthWork Life BalanceSafe working conditionsResponsibilities:Service all equipment according to an established service schedule, company standards, and within acceptable time frames; troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.Perform occasional residential HVAC installations and system replacements as needed.Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.Document all work completed legibly and accurately according to company policy and submit daily.Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the field to ensure excellent service and enhance the company's image.Follow all safety procedures, including safe driving practices and no mobile device usage while operating vehicles.Apply product knowledge and pursue additional training/education as appropriate.Job Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required2-5 years of HVAC ExperienceEPA – Universal Certification preferredValid driver's license / clean driving recordOSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferredAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsCompetencies:Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsExceptional customer service skillsTechnical knowledgeStrong organizational skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamCustomer focusedProblem-solving skillsThe starting hourly base wage for this position is $25-$45. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
