From routine surgeries to complex cases, your clinical skill, judgment, and adaptability will help drive safe, compassionate care where it matters most.This role is ideal for experienced CRNAs or recent CRNA program graduates looking to work at the top of their profession within a high-performing, collaborative team.A dynamic full-time opportunity with exposure to a variety of surgical specialtiesOpportunities to work at both the region's only orthopedic hospital and attached outpatient surgery centerAccess to continuing education and leadership supportInclusive culture grounded in teamwork, trust, and shared purpose7 ORs and 2 procedure/trauma rooms plus 9 ORs at Center City Outpatient Surgery Center - will support both locations; case load includes orthopedic, general, plastics, peds general, gyn, robotic gyn, urology; no NORA casesDeliver safe and effective anesthesia care to pediatrics through geriatric populationsAdminister anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical proceduresMonitor patients throughout anesthesia and recoveryCollaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teamsAdjust anesthetic plans as needed based on changing patient statusPractice independently within full CRNA scope of privilegesFloat between sites based on staffing needs and patient volumeEducation: BSN, MSN, DNP, and/or graduate diploma level certification required. Graduate from both an Accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia. Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA) as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and recognized by the state of practice as a CRNA. Must meet minimum continuing education requirements every four years of the NBCRNA.Experience: Previous experience is not necessary. Four to six week orientation period for new graduates (working with preceptor) is required. Orientation period for experienced providers will depend on previous experience and clinical skills.Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Current CRNA endorsement in appropriate state, required. NBCRNA certification, required. ACLS certification within NH policy, required. BLS certification within NH policy, required. PALS certification within NH policy, required.Additional Skills (required): Must have extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment. Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify the anesthetic plan of care suitable to patient age.
