Position Overview

A national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–8 years of experience to join its Philadelphia office. This role supports a sophisticated commercial real estate practice handling complex transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and development matters. The position offers significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of commercial real estate experience

• Strong experience with:

  • Acquisitions and dispositions

  • Real estate finance

  • Joint ventures

  • Real estate development

• Large-firm or comparable transactional experience preferred

• Strong academic credentials

• Superior drafting and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage substantial project responsibility

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized

• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements and related transaction documents

• Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing

• Coordinate due diligence, closings, and post-closing matters

• Work directly with partners, clients, lenders, and third parties

• Support multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
