Essential Functions:
Accurately receive, process, and document all incoming storeroom inventory, and non-stocked/special ordered materials and supplies per company procedures.

Stock and/or distribute all incoming items per correct procedure.

Check dating on all incoming items and rotate all stocked items during restocking process.

Execute and complete a weekly item inventory, insuring adequate stocking levels on all stocked supplies to cover seasonal demands. Provide inventory reports to supervisor on slow moving, overstocked, or short dated items for corrective action.

Check all request for authorized approval and if within compliance requirements.

Process, fill, and distribute all supply request per company procedures. If the request is not correctly authorized, report to supervisor or follow guidelines in department procedures.

Inventory and replenish all par level storage areas per schedule.

Provide courier and distribution services, such as STAT lab and specimen runs, equipment transportation and special event support, when required.

Provide early morning U S mail pickup and delivery when required.

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma; 2 years work experience in materials management, inventory control, and distribution. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with clear VIN check for last 3 years.
