Responsibilities Advise clients on understanding, architecting, selecting and implementing modern technology solutions focused on Digital and Cloud. See projects from inception to launch, provide technical implementation leadership for full‑stack solutions, and translate user stories and requirements into technical designs, tasks and functional code. Stay hands‑on in day‑to‑day development, code reviews, best practices and mentorship. Contribute to architecture and design of new and current systems, including security, reliability and scalability. Lead end‑to‑end agile deliveries by managing sprint planning, product grooming, reviews, demos and retrospectives. Manage program budgets and timelines. Manage and motivate teams across diverse skills and geographies and deliver high‑quality client services while cultivating business development opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressive post‑bachelor experience, or Master’s degree and 4 years of experience. At least 4 years in software engineering, covering issue identification, performance tuning, debugging and resolution. 4 years in the full software development life cycle, including coding, standards, reviews, source control, build & deployment, testing, observability and operations. 2 years experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar). 4 years as a technology consultant for a professional services firm. 4 years developing end‑to‑end web‑based applications and backend microservices using Java, .NET or Go; using command‑line tools (bash, PowerShell) and configuring and managing local and cloud‑based systems. 4 years leading software development planning workshops and client‑facing presentations. 2 years managing a team of developers and mentoring junior consultants. 4 years using development tools such as Visual Studio Code or IntelliJ and version control platforms such as GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket. 4 years experience with full‑stack frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Spring Boot), relational or NoSQL databases, DevOps lifecycle (Jenkins, ADO, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and code management strategies (trunk‑based, GitFlow). 4 years working with APIs (SDK, REST) and tools like Postman. 4 years testing experience with JUnit, NUnit, Cucumber, Selenium, WebDriver, JMeter, K6 or similar. Travel up to 50% domestic and 10% international.
