We are looking for an experienced technology advisor to guide clients in architecture, data modeling, and data‑centric solutions across the financial services sector. Responsibilities Provide technical guidance for architecture, data modeling, and interfacing requirements. Define and apply system analysis techniques, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting data requirements. Design, develop, and document data security measures and controls. Develop data flows, establish data lineage, and document metadata. Deliver data solutions that meet client needs. Manage and motivate a team of technology professionals, ensuring high‑quality client service and business development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in managing data and data‑related processes; or Master’s degree with at least 4 years of experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in ETL, DBMS, data profiling, data quality, data governance, and data analytics tools and processes aligned to data management concepts. Minimum 4 years of experience working with at least two databases including SQL Server, MySQL, Access, Oracle, or Teradata. Minimum 4 years of experience in database and data analysis, identification and integration of data, including the ability to understand, analyze, and identify data from multiple sources and integrate required data for business/client needs. Minimum 2 years of experience assessing data quality and data governance and its potential impacts. Minimum 3 years of experience in relational DBMS design and development, and/or data visualization techniques. Minimum 3 years of experience managing and supervising a team of technology resources. Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Travel up to 25% may be required to serve client needs.
