Sourcing Manager IV

Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RFx activities (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and supplier sourcing initiatives.
• Lead contract administration, negotiations, amendments, and vendor management activities.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting metrics to support sourcing decisions.
• Analyze supplier performance, pricing proposals, and operational data.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled sourcing solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and supplier performance.

Required Skills:

• 5–10 years of sourcing, procurement, contract management, or supplier management experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience with RFx processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Google Workspace and AI/automation tools.
• Project management experience in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry experience.
• Understanding of content moderation operations.
• Experience implementing AI-driven process automation.
• Global vendor management experience.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
