Contracts & Sourcing Specialist
The main function of a Contracts & Sourcing Specialist is to administer activities related to contracts for services necessary for the operation of an establishment. A typical Contracts Specialist is responsible for negotiating contracts with the customer or bidder.

Job Responsibilities:
• Research and evaluate performance requirements of suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability and other relevant factors.
• Review bids from suppliers for conformity to contract requirements and determine acceptable bids.
• Provides bids, process specification, test and progress reports, and other exhibits as necessary.
• Requests or support amendments to or extensions of contracts.
• Advises relevant departments of contractual rights and obligations.
• Monitor services to ensure that goods/services come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods or services.
• Manages any contractual / administrative / order management work to support the various projects/bids
• Dashboard creation and work with internal teams to drive automation
• Build & analyse scorecard

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, project management skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze reports, price proposals and other technical or relevant data.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Ability to predict consumer buying patterns.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing/services.
• Previous experience with AI automation tools
• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field required. Technologically savvy and experienced with Google suites

2 Presentation Skills; Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze reports, price proposals, and technical or relevant data.
3 Structured and logical thinking; Technical Proficiency: Must be technologically savvy, AI enthusiast and experienced with Google Suites.
4 Project Management: Ability to manage projects.
5 Sourcing Experience; Sourcing Knowledge: understanding of sourcing processes, contract administration, and supplier relationship management.

Nice-to-have Skills
1 BPO Experience; BPO Knowledge: Experience or deep understanding of the BPO industry.
2 Understand the process in content moderation
3 Comfortable working with AI; AI Automation: Previous experience with AI automation tools.

Years of Experience: 5-10 years

Degrees/Certifications Required: Bachelor's Degree (finance or a related business field.- is an asset)

Desired Location (Remote/Onsite): Yes, on site in Meta Austin Office (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)
