Shift: 3x12s, Days, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in an acute care setting. Nurses in this position will utilize their clinical expertise, skills, and knowledge to effectively monitor patients, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in accordance with established health protocols.
• Monitor and assess vital signs and patient conditions.
• Administer medications and manage patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams.
• Assist in telemetric monitoring and interpreting patient data.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS certification preferred.
• Tele competency and previous charge experience preferred.
• Community hospital experience is preferred.
