Expected compensation: 100,000.00 - 125,000.00 USD Per Year About Us HireArt is seeking a hands‑on Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting delivery across a portfolio of roles while directly supporting recruiting execution when needed. This is a player‑coach position for someone who can lead recruiters strategically, diagnose funnel issues, communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, and step into sourcing or recruiting operations during periods of high demand or delivery risk. The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting judgment with operational thinking, data analysis, accountability, and creative problem‑solving. HireArt's mission is to make it easy for companies to build and manage a world‑class contract workforce. Today, mid‑sized companies with contract workforces must navigate significant legal, financial, talent acquisition, and operational complexities to build and manage these workforces on a global scale. In most cases, they rely on a stack of point solutions: agencies to source and employ talent, a software system to track workers and agencies (VMS), and a service to provide day‑to‑day management of the program (MSP). The default contract workforce stack doesn’t provide much visibility into or control over the workforce, because the pieces of the stack don’t integrate well together, resulting in massive administrative headaches and frustration for companies. HireArt’s delightful intersection of humans and software provide all of the tooling needed for mid‑sized companies to hire contractors anywhere in the world compliantly, and contract workers to have as great an experience as full‑time employees have day‑to‑day. What You’ll Do As a Recruiting Manager, you’ll oversee HireArt’s recruiting function, utilizing creative problem‑solving and data‑driven insights to achieve outstanding and timely fill rates in order to meet the contract workforce needs of our clients. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Will Include Own recruiting outcomes across assigned roles, ensuring hiring progress stays on track and funnel risks are identified and addressed proactively Monitor and improve funnel performance across sourcing, shortlist, interview, offer, and hire stages Analyze recruiting metrics, fill rates, conversion data, and hiring manager feedback to improve candidate quality and recruiting effectiveness Develop mitigation strategies for underperforming roles and measure the effectiveness of those efforts over time Lead and support a team of recruiters while remaining hands‑on operationally when needed Manage recruiter capacity and workload allocation across roles Hold regular check‑ins, communicate performance expectations, and drive accountability against team and individual KPIs Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements Partner with Account Managers to communicate role progress, challenges, market insights, and mitigation plans Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult or specialized roles Optimize top‑of‑funnel performance across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels Audit shortlist quality and ensure alignment with target candidate profiles Create and maintain role briefs, recruiting guidance, and funnel insights Represent Recruiting during client meetings and escalations Requirements 5+ years of recruiting experience, including team leadership or recruiting management experience Strong understanding of recruiting funnels, sourcing strategy, and funnel diagnostics Experience using recruiting metrics and performance data to drive operational decisions Experience partnering with clients or senior stakeholders Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and major job boards Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments You’ll REALLY stand out to us if you have: Proven experience using inventive means to overcome recruiting challenges Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g. pivot table, vlookup) Experience thriving within ambiguity at a start‑up or in fast‑paced environmentww Benefits We feel passionately about providing equitable wages, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that.
