$125,000 - $195,000 yearly Responsibilities:

Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking and referrals. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential clients. Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients. Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from initial contact to closing. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success. Utilize company-provided systems and tools to track progress and manage client relationships effectively. Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions. Proven track record of setting and achieving goals, demonstrating your drive and commitment to success. Familiarity with the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration and shared success. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for managing client relationships and tracking progress. Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients and secure favorable terms in transactions.
