Responsibilities: • What You’ll Do Conduct buyer and seller consultations and identify client goals Show properties and guide buyers through the home-buying process Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and pricing recommendations Prepare, present, and negotiate offers and contracts List, market, and sell residential properties Manage client relationships from consultation through closing Build referral and repeat business through exceptional service Maintain an organized client database and CRM Follow proven lead-conversion and sales systems Deliver a professional, high-quality client experience Qualifications: • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Technology driven • Past sales experience is preferred • Great communication and social skills • Self-motivation and drive What We’re Looking For: Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)Full-time availability and commitment to growthStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCoachable, motivated, and results-drivenComfortable using CRM and real estate technologyPositive attitude and team-oriented mindset Compensation: $95,000 - $180,000+ commission based
