Senior Commercial Construction PM with Stock Ownership

International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)

Benning Construction Company seeks a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from scoping to completion. You will interface with Owners, Architects, and Engineers, drive scheduling, cost control, and reporting, and oversee safety and team performance. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and 10+ years in commercial construction, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
