Full Cycle Aviation Recruiter- Onsite

Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all assigned positions across the organization, including high-volume and specialized hiring for Pilots, operations, and corporate roles. Lead pilot recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for Part 135 flight crew positions, ensuring staffing levels align with operational requirements and growth objectives. Partner with hiring managers, the Chief Pilot, Directors, and department leaders to identify staffing needs, establish hiring priorities, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Facilitate and support New Hire Orientation programs to ensure successful integration of new employees into the organization. Create, maintain, and manage job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS, aviation-specific job boards, and other recruiting platforms. Monitor and track open requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring activity, including current and future pilot staffing requirements. Source qualified candidates through various recruiting channels, including LinkedIn, aviation industry networks, pilot associations, job boards, employee referrals, career fairs, military transition programs, and industry events. Conduct candidate prescreens, coordinate interviews, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process. Route, monitor, and provide updates regarding requisition approvals, offer requests, and recruitment activity to hiring managers and leadership. Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, interview logistics, and relocation discussions as needed while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate candidate, contractor, temporary employee, and recruiting records within the ATS and HRIS to ensure data integrity and compliance. Represent the organization at aviation recruiting events, pilot job fairs, college recruiting events, military career transition programs, community outreach events, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Coordinate and administer the onboarding process for new hires, including Pilots, ensuring all required employment, compliance, and operational documentation are completed and maintained. Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and confidential. Assist employees and managers with questions regarding company policies, benefits, leave programs, and HR-related procedures. Assist with employee relations matters and Level I investigations under the direction of HR Leadership. Maintain and update organizational charts, job descriptions, position management records, and workforce planning documentation. Gather, analyze, and report on recruiting and HR metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, turnover, attrition, candidate pipeline activity, and recruiting effectiveness. Assist with HR administrative functions, including responding to employee inquiries, leave administration, performance management, processing employment verifications, unemployment claims, and workers' compensation-related correspondence. Support special projects and perform other duties assigned by Human Resources Leadership. Skills and Abilities Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills - able to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Broad knowledge of core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and talent management platforms such as Paycom or Workday. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Strong active listening skills with the ability to respond to employee questions and concerns with clarity and empathy. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and operate effectively as part of a team. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A growth mindset - open to new ideas, continuous learning, and finding better ways to do things. Required Education and Experience Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or a related field; or minimum of 5-7 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting and HR experience. Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously across various business functions. Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Applicant Tracking Systems such as Paycom or Workday. Preferred Education and Experience Experience in the aviation industry or recruitment in a technical field. Prior Pilot recruiting experience highly preferred.
