Corporate Recruiter (Contract - 100% Onsite)

Overview Executive Recruiter - servicing Raleigh and surrounding areas. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Recruiter for a contract role with one of our financial services clients. This position is 100% onsite in Raleigh, NC , offering the opportunity to work closely with a high-performing HR team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate roles across departments such as operations, finance, and compliance Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent Coordinate interview schedules, provide candidate feedback, and facilitate the offer process Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Qualifications 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, preferably within a high-volume or fast-paced environment Experience recruiting in the financial services industry is strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms Contract Role: Duration approximately 3 months with potential for extension Work Environment: This role is 100% onsite in Raleigh, NC – candidates must be local or willing to commute daily Job Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Contract Job function: Human Resources Industries: Staffing and Recruiting and Banking Note: This description reflects the role and requirements as provided by CAREER FOUNDATIONS INC. and is intended for recruitment purposes only. #J-18808-Ljbffr
