Your Impact The Corporate Recruiter is responsible to attract and hire top talent into the organization, shape growing teams and partner with our management team to strategically align recruitment efforts in the pursuit of the identifying and hiring the right people. Manage full lifecycle recruiting from needs assessment through new employee onboarding Partner with hiring managers and leadership team to understand business needs and the growth strategy for their office Attract top candidates through strategic initiatives set forth by the Talent Acquisition Manager Source and create a pipeline of candidates to build long-term candidate relationships through various mediums, including LinkedIn Utilize social media to source, recruit and promote our client Represent our client at professional conferences, career fairs and university presentations Assist with Early Talent Management programs to include, high school and college recruitment initiatives as needed Coordinates with Talent Acquisition Coordinator to schedule phone or onsite interviews, along with any travel or lodging needs of candidates Provide training to Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Junior Recruiter as requested by Talent Acquisition Manager Serve as brand ambassador for our client by promoting the company to potential candidates Perform other tasks as assigned to help accomplish the Companys strategic goals What You Bring Experience in a fast-paced, high volume, recruiting environment (A/E/C industry is a plus) Working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use iCIMS) Must have demonstrated PC excellence, including working knowledge of, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and online meeting platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus Ability to quickly adjust goals and expectations due to project deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly fluid environment Our Perks *** SIGNING BONUSES FOR ALL POSITIONS *** Hybrid work schedules for office positions Work-life balance is on us Company paid premiums for medical, dental, vision, LTD and life insurance (HSA and FSA plans available) Generous paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays and parental leave) Accrual starts immediately 401(k) program offers 100% employer match up to 4% Employee Assistance Program Your mental health is our priority Tuition reimbursement No glass ceiling!
