Help us to prepare our students for success in life and be a part of the U.Summary:Collect pay-to-play fees from parents/guardians, write receiptsTurn in fees to AccountingTrack fees collected and spent in a spreadsheetHire coaches- make sure all volunteer paperwork is completeCoordinate practice schedulesAttend practices at least once per weekCommunicate team roster to set up dinners with Edibles RexAttend all games (when schedule allows)Conduct parent meeting before the seasonOrder uniforms, warm-ups, equipmentHand out and collect all athletes registration paperwork, physicalsOrganize, file, and track all paperwork collectedCommunicate with the league directorsAttend league meetings at the discretion of Athletic DirectorType out schedule with snack assignments and hand out to student-athletesFrequent grade checks for all student-athletesBehavior tracking of all student-athletes— coordinate with teachers and other staffParent communication regarding grades and behavior issuesUniform inventory- start and endEquipment inventory- start and endPlayer transportation as neededCommunicate game results to staff and student body at community circleCoordinate end of the season banquet for all student-athletes and guestsDesign and order t-shirt or other team apparel for athletes and parentsI Assist with Network Athletics projects across all districtsAssist with developing the exposure and reach of UPrep Athletics as neededDuties and Responsibilities:The primary duties and areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:Issue uniformsInventory uniformsOrganize sports in each seasonManage students;Hire coachesGrade checks for student-athletesCoordinate with league organizersOther duties as assignedDesired Competencies:Organize gamesOrganize all sports and associated activitiesOrganize end of year banquetAttend planning meetingsLead parent meetingsEffective Communication with other athletic coordinators, coaches, students and parentsEducation/Experience:High School Diploma or higherK-1 2 Ml education experienceStrong organizational skillsStrong communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr University Prep Schools
