About the Role:

A growing Texas-based healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Extremity Surgeon to join its expanding clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who is passionate about acute injury care, procedural medicine, and helping patients achieve meaningful functional recovery.

The role focuses exclusively on personal injury cases involving acute musculoskeletal conditions of the upper and lower extremities. The successful candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, perform appropriate surgical procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure efficient, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose acute musculoskeletal injuries involving the upper and lower extremities.
• Manage personal injury cases with a strong focus on procedural and surgical care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating appropriate surgical and non-surgical interventions.
• Perform extremity-focused orthopaedic surgical procedures with precision and efficiency.
• Determine appropriate treatment pathways based on clinical findings and patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate care and support timely treatment progression.
• Communicate clearly with patients, care teams, and other stakeholders throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation related to patient care and personal injury cases.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Stay current with advances, best practices, and evidence-based approaches in acute and extremity-focused orthopaedic care.
• Maintain the highest standards of professional, ethical, and patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility for medical licensure in Texas.
• At least 1 year of experience in Orthopaedics.
• At least 1 year of experience in Medicine.
• Strong clinical and procedural expertise involving upper and lower extremity injuries.
• Experience evaluating and managing acute injury cases.
• Comfortable developing and implementing procedural and surgical treatment plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
• Commitment to high-quality outcomes, clinical excellence, and ethical patient care.
• Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment while working with appropriate autonomy.
