For methodology, please see Responsibilities Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and serves we offer Collect and organize each client’s financial information using a CRM to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations Provide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products Participate in educational meetings or seminars relevant to client risk tolerant and financial objectives for research prior to offering sound financial advice Hire, develop, and help us expand our field of advisors across the state Lead and motivate our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales associate, identifying individual sales targets, and overseeing training programs to make sure they’re successful Coach and counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead-generation programs to keep us growing Build and execute business plans to expand our sales volume and help create new sales goals Aid Agents in presenting client solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals Select, hire, and grow your financial professional team as an associate partner Hone your skills and facilitate success as a manager by participating in our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program Qualifications Required to effectively network to identify potential new clients Relationship management skills are required Candidates need to be able to communicate complicated concepts and maintain strong principles such as honesty and integrity 3-5 years of experience in insurance or investment sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills Proven track record of sales success Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required Sales experience needed Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required If you are: Highly motivated Goal-oriented A strong communicator Organized Seeking a rewarding and challenging career Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr NYL - Patrick Piscitelli
