Associate Attorney - Must have Plaintiff side Employment Law experience Job openings for an Associate Attorney with plaintiff side employment law experience. Qualifications Active member in good standing with the California State Bar 15 years of litigation experience (employment law preferred) Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines Desire to grow as a trial lawyer and litigator Deposition experience (taking/defending) required Trial or trial-prep experience is a plus Key Responsibilities Manage your own docket of employment law cases from inception through trial Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial briefs Take and defend depositions Appear in court to argue motions and advocate for clients Engage with clients and help shape case strategy Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations Assist in trial preparation and serve as second chair where applicable #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobspro Staffing
