We are looking for an ambitious 26-year employment attorney who wants to do meaningful work grow with us and become a long-term pillar of our litigation team.

Manage a portfolio of single-plaintiff FEHA litigation cases (discrimination harassment retaliation disability accommodation wrongful termination) from filing through resolution.
Draft complaints oppose Motions for Summary Judgment (MSJs) and handle complex evidentiary motions.
Participate actively in team strategy sessions contributing ideas and refining legal arguments for colleagues cases as well as your own.
Active license to practice law in California in good standing.

• 2 to 6 years of dedicated employment law litigation experience in California (plaintiff-side preferred; defense-side attorneys with a true passion for worker advocacy are encouraged to apply).
• Solid foundation in the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) California Labor Code CFRA and California Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Comfort leveraging modern legal tech case management software and AI workflow tools to maximize efficiency.
