You will Lead and manage a team of attorneys handling single-plaintiff employment litigation Oversee the full lifecycle of cases, from intake and case strategy through litigation Personally assess new matters, evaluate legal merit, and guide case direction Supervise pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal filings Oversee or directly participate in settlement discussions, mediations, and trial preparation where needed Collaborate with legal support staff, operations, and other departments to keep matters progressing efficiently Provide mentorship, training, and quality control across the team Work closely with firm leadership to improve departmental performance and support growth Compensation Base / total comp potential: up to $250,000 + Bonus + Benefits Hybrid Flexibility Initial onboarding is fully on‑site, followed by a regular hybrid structure in Beverly Hills.
