Senior Attorney – Employment Litigation

Location: Glendale, California

Confidential Law Firm Opportunity

A growing plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with 8+ years of civil litigation experience to join its Glendale office.

The firm handles wage-and-hour claims, class actions, and complex employment litigation against large companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases from start to finish.
• Develop case strategies and oversee complex litigation.
• Handle discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Draft and argue class certification motions.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts.
• Lead settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials.
• Mentor and supervise associate attorneys.
• Handle wage-and-hour and class action cases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Must be licensed in California or have California Bar admission pending.
• Strong experience with discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances.
• Experience with class actions, complex litigation, or wage-and-hour cases is a plus.
• Strong legal writing, courtroom, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and mentor junior attorneys.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
