You'll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values communication, learning, and compassionate care. Our care model includes:Evidence-based medical treatmentEmotional support during withdrawalPersonalized case managementTherapeutic group interventionsCoordination for seamless transition to the next level of careYour Role: Addiction Medicine Registered NurseAs an Addiction Medicine Nurse, your presence helps patients feel safe, supported, and hopeful during a vulnerable time. You will:Monitor and document patient symptoms, progress, and overall careCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team on individualized treatment plansPromote a therapeutic environment that supports patients' physical and emotional well-beingAdminister and monitor medications according to established protocolsWhat We're Looking ForValid Massachusetts Registered Nurse licenseCurrent CPR certificationBackground in addiction medicine, medical-surgical nursing, or mental health nursing (preferred)Commitment to evidence-based practiceAbility to provide culturally competent, equitable care to diverse and underserved populationsPay Range:$38.76 - $52.17The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
