- Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract
- Schedule: 20 hours per week
- Experience: 3-4 years
- Work Authorization: Only candidates with OPT, CPT, or H4-EAD are eligible to apply.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience working with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications.
- Experience with platforms such as EAM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis and reporting .
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time role.
- Experience with Hexagon EAM (Now Attune EAM) is highly desirable.
- Understanding of asset management and maintenance processes is preferred.
- Support and configure enterprise applications based on business needs.
- Gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.
- Assist with integrations, testing, and system enhancements.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
