As the Clinic Operations Supervisor the Referrals team at Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Referrals Department - overseeing centralized referrals and medication prior authorizations to ensure patients get the care they need without unnecessary delays. You'll partner with clinic teams to streamline front-end processes that impact referrals, authorizations, billing, and reimbursement, while driving customer satisfaction, resolving escalations, and setting the long-range direction for a department that sits at the intersection of patient access and revenue integrity. Recent (within 2 years) management or leadership experience. Experience with physician revenue cycle and referrals/authorization. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Administration, Management or any related field from an accredited institution Or related years of experience. 2 years Experience in Revenue Cycle. 2 years Managing referrals, and authorizations.
