Details Outpatient Physical Therapy setting within a short-term acute care hospital Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Occasional Saturday on-call coverage required Floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals is required for all travelers Uses Cerner for charting Patient population includes orthopedic, neurologic, and pediatric conditions Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent experience required BLS certification required Manual Therapy certification preferred Cerner charting experience preferred License required if applicable Pending state license accepted 2 supervisor references required Experience with orthopedic conditions such as joint replacements, sprains, and post-op rehabilitation Experience with modalities including E-stim, ultrasound, traction, and cryotherapy preferred Experience with adaptive equipment, gait training, and patient/family education Additional Information Main responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning for outpatient PT patients Must work 2 of 3 major holidays Local candidates accepted First-time travelers are welcome to apply Free parking provided American Traveler Job ID P-742861.
