Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

Are you a software engineer who wants more control over what you build? Not just how you build it?

\n

\n

Most engineers spend years owning one slice of a product.

\n

At my health-tech client, you'll help build the product itself.

\n

\n

They're building the communication infrastructure for AI-powered healthcare: agents that don't just answer patient calls, but schedule appointments, handle billing, manage prescription refills, and complete workflows end-to-end.

\n

\n

You'll work across AI, full-stack, real-time systems, and healthcare infrastructure — building the technology behind live patient calls.

\n

\n

What's in it for you:

\n

\n
• Build real products — TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL.
\n
• Solve hard problems — AI, voice, real-time systems, healthcare
\n
• Own what's next — work directly with founders and shape the product
\n

\n

\n

Who you are:

\n

\n
• 3–5 years of experience building and shipping production software
\n
• You take ownership , move quickly, and care about building things well
\n
• You're comfortable with ambiguity, hard technical problems, and learning as you go
\n

\n

\n

If you're looking for a role where, a year from now, you can point to something and say, “I built that,” we'd love to talk.
