The environment is fast-paced, product-focused, and built for engineers who want ownership, visibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

\n
• Develop end-to-end product features using technologies such as C#, React, Python, Azure, REST APIs, GitHub, NUnit, LLMs, and related tools.
\n
• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic to deliver responsive, high-performing user experiences.
\n
• Deploy and manage applications on Azure with a focus on scalability, reliability, and production readiness.
\n
• Work with AI, data, and workflow capabilities to support product features that help customers manage regulatory change.
\n
• Add features, troubleshoot bugs, improve existing systems, and contribute to fast cycles of product iteration.
\n
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to create, update, and roll out AI/ML-powered capabilities.
\n
• Bring strong production judgment, including the ability to identify what may break, ask critical questions, and build durable solutions.
\n
• Take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment where speed, quality, and impact all matter.
\n
