About the Role

\n

\n

Our client is hiring a Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale core product features across the platform.

\n

\n

This is a high-ownership engineering role for someone who can take ambiguous product requirements, break them down, design a clean solution, ship production-quality code, and own the feature through launch, monitoring, and iteration.

\n

\n

The team works AI-first. Engineers are expected to use LLMs, coding agents, and AI-assisted workflows to move quickly without sacrificing quality, reliability, or long-term maintainability.

\n

\n

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Own product features end-to-end, from problem definition through design, development, testing, launch, monitoring, and support
\n
• Break down product requirements into clear technical plans and shipped outcomes
\n
• Build simple, elegant systems and write high-quality code that other engineers can easily understand and extend
\n
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to turn ideas into production features
\n
• Influence product direction with your own ideas and identify ways to improve user workflows and business processes
\n
• Balance immediate business needs with long-term architecture and platform quality
\n
• Build across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI systems depending on the problem
\n
• Use AI tools, LLMs, and agents as part of the software development lifecycle
\n
• Build testing, monitoring, and reliability into the way features are shipped
\n
• Help scale a platform used by modern go-to-market teams to improve sales execution and customer intelligence
\n

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
\n
• Fluency with AI-forward software development workflows using LLMs, agents, or AI coding tools
\n
• Experience building production-grade software without sacrificing quality for speed
\n
• Strong fundamentals in software design and knowing when to apply patterns like SOLID or similar principles
\n
• Ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into well-reasoned designs and shipped solutions
\n
• Comfort owning features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems
\n
• Strong autonomy, ownership, and bias toward action
\n
• Experience building, launching, and maintaining products in fast-paced environments
\n
• Strong collaboration skills across product, design, engineering, and customer-facing stakeholders
\n
• Grit, adaptability, and comfort navigating ambiguity in an early-stage environment
\n

Technical Experience

\n

Our client is especially interested in engineers with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Go or another strongly typed backend language
\n
• Distributed systems, infrastructure, or scaling
\n
• LLM harnesses or agentic systems
\n
• Concurrent or asynchronous processing
\n
• Testing, monitoring, observability, and reliability
\n
• Full-stack product engineering

Technical Environment

\n

Relevant technologies include: Go, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka, Redit, Temporal Workflows, React, Tailwind, Next.js, GraphQL, LLMs and AI Agents.

\n

Experience with every tool is not required. Strong engineering fundamentals, product ownership, and AI-native development ability matter more than exact stack match.
